Today is our 7th anniversary! Right now we are staying with Tom's sister, so she watched the kids and we went out to dinner. Maybe I repeat myself every year, but Tom really is such a great husband and dad! It's been a great 7 years.....Happy Anniversary Tom!

So, who wants an update on what we've been up to the past few weeks!? I don't even know where to start. I've decided we could pretty easily live out of a van for the rest of our lives.... even though it IS NOT fun. We don't even need all the "stuff" we've accumulated over the years. Just a few duffel bags with the necessities!

Well, we've been driving around MT and WY staying with different family members (my parents in MT, Tom's parents in WY, and Tom's sister in WY) while Tom applied for jobs (in several different cities) and we looked for places to live. I can't thank our family enough! I know it can't be easy having 3 rambunctious kids and 2 messy adults living with you. Like I've said before, we have a GREAT family! It's funny because whenever we pull up to a family members house, Evan says,"We're Hooome!" and we laugh and say,"No Evan, we don't HAVE a home!" Funny, yet sad.

I think it's safe to say that Tom will be taking a job in Gillette, Wyoming. He has a good job offer here and another interview tomorrow. I'll have to post more once he accepts one of the jobs and tell you all about our new city. I can't wait for him to accept a job so we can get a place to live. I think we are all very anxious to get settled! A few pics. from the past few weeks:

Sounds like you guys are living the nomad life. The perks being you have gotten to see alot of family.

Good luck with the new job - I am totally sure you are ready to get settled.

Congrats on the new job! We are so happy to hear that things are starting to fall into place. We definitely miss your cute family. Did you know that I was just made the first counselor? That meant that we needed a secretary, so we stole Staci Miner (who was replaced with Jen Alvi). I have some tough shoes to fill . . .

I can definitely relate to the unknown! John too got laid off in July, but fortunately had a few offers within weeks, but the whole process is scary! So we ended up staying her in Seattle. It'll turn out alright, sounds like he's got some good options! Keep us posted!
