Question of the Week.

Ok, so I haven't been very good about doing a question every week. Oh well. I think I'll just do them whenever I feel like it....

If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, which food would it be? OR
If you could only eat at one restaurant for the rest of your life, which would it be?

You are SO lucky. I was truthfully just logging into my email to send you a sarcastic note asking what happened to the question of the week when I thought I'd check your blog. How convenient that you just added one today. I'll have to think about it and comment later. Today's not a good day to ask what I'd like to eat exclusively for the rest of my life since we've eaten poorly the past few days.

Let's see, I could probably eat cheesecake for the rest of my life. Or bananas, for some reason I really like those right now.
I could easily eat at Applebee's for the rest of my life too. They have a good variety of food and great desserts too.

I could eat steak stir-fry with jasmine rice for the rest of my life and never get tired of it because it has so many different vegetables.

When I was a teen, I loved Flinder's Mountain Meadow Ranch near Park City. They had the best home-made dinners I have ever eaten. Their raspberry pie was to die for. I would sure love some of Mrs. Flinder's recipes now.

I would probably pick a buffet-style restaurant something like Golden Corral because you could really have something different for each meal.

Emily,Yes you could eat cheesecake for the rest of your life, but it would be a short life since you'd die of congestive heart failure after a year.
For my one food it would be steak. As for the restaraunt hmmm I also like Applebees I guess.

I had to laugh at Pop's answer because every once in a while I get a hanker'in for Golden Corral's roasted chicken, and he never wants to go there because we always eat too much if we do.

Pop I'm curious who this anonymous person who tempts you with gluttony is? Shame on them!

I really don't like Golden Corral all that much, especially since they had a temporary shut down over the spread of some virus. I just wouldn't want to have to eat the very same food day after day, year after year. A buffet restaurant would at least provide some variety. As to who "anonymous" is, it must be the same influence that makes me eat donuts or cookies too much (just like Topher).

1. I can't pick just one food to eat the rest of my life BUT I decided I DON'T want what Evan's having in that picture.
2. Don't tell Susan and Kurt, but Jenny and I are working on a plan to get you to move to KC when Tom graduates. You've just given us more material to work with. Did you know that the international headquarters of Applebee's Restaurants is only 3 miles from our house?
3. Who say's "hanker'in" anymore?
4. Tom, since you like to people watch, and speaking of Golden Corral, if you're ever in Rapid City, SD, (like en route with a U-Haul moving to KC) you have to go to dinner at the Golden Corral there. YIKES!!

I bet they say "hanker'in" alot in Buffalo, WY.

No actually English is the preferred language... even in WY.

I would eat Andersen yummy dish for the rest of my life. It's the only thing that NEVER EVER gets old to me!

I agree with those who couldn't pick just one food to eat. But I could probably eat nachos for quite awhile. And what is the Andersen yummy dish?

p.s. Topher, if you are working on a plan to steal (I mean get) Tom and Emily to move to KC maybe you should tell them all about the weather and how many mountains there are.
